2)c) The doorknob lock on one of the unlicensed rooms was not engaging, so the door to the room could be opened easily. There were items in the room that could be a hazard to children, including loose cords that were observed when the door was opened. 2)d) There was a plastic bag accessible to children in the bathroom under the sink as the magnetic safety latch on the cabinet was not working.
